As you probably already know, I just love concept stores. I love the stories behind the brand(s) and the little gems you can’t find anywhere else. A little while back, I bumped into ‘Mint Mini Mall’. And let me tell you, I was sold the moment I set foot in that place.
‘Mint Mini Mall’ is the little sister of ‘Beauregard’, a fashion brand that used to be next doors, but now moved to the World Fashion Centre. The owner of ‘Beauregard’ was asked frequently whether she’d wanted to do more lifestyle orientated items as well. As she’s a real travel addict, she decided that she could take things from her travels from all over the world and sell it back in a little shop in Amsterdam. And so, Mint Mini Mall was born!
What actually stole my heart were all the small unique items with lovely stories. The name ‘mall’ is very appropriate, as it offers a wide range of items, including fashion and trendy home accessories, child’s clothing, cookbooks, marmalade and much more. From special salts from Ibiza to small bottles with lucky charms from Bolivia, there’s something for everybody I’d say. Which also makes it the perfect place to get your loved ones (or yourself) a special gift.
I also adore the way this shop looks like. In every corner, you’ll find some surprising items and I like the concept of combining so many lovely unique things and putting them together in one awesome shop. Guess they found my ‘weak spot’. 😉
‘Mint Mini Mall’ is located in the Runstraat 27, in the nine streets, so not too far from my home. It’s absolutely worth a visit! From now on, I’ll probably see every birthday and celebratory moment as an excuse to wonder around in ‘Mint Mini Mall’.
