Remember the days we used to ice skate on the canals? Ooh, what a great time we used to have skating through town. Definitely one of my favorite activities of the year. But, eh something about a changing climate and no frozen canals or real snow. But Amsterdam always makes the best of any situation and there the Ice Village arose!
The Ice Village will definitely give you the whole Dutch winter experience; ice skating, pea soup, hot chocolate. The skating rink has a surface of 1300 m2, so no worries enough room for errors. Bar/restaurant ‘Koek and Zopie’ is open to everyone who could use some warming up or a good meal. Also; a little winter market, live entertainment, multiple games and activities, and you can even sign up for an ice skating course!

ICE Amsterdam is a popular activity, to make sure you can perform some fantastic moves, I’d buy some tickets in advance! (here: click.)
Either way some old fashioned ‘gezelligheid’ guaranteed.
Sincerely,
Mr. J
